MESC Satisfaction Dashboard
Developed an interactive Tableau dashboard integrated with SQL data retrieval to analyze participant satisfaction factors and their correlation with demographics, enabling MESC to enhance service quality and improve overall participation experience for SWANA CON.
Problem Statement: Identifying factors that impact customer satisfaction levels and understanding their correlation with customer demographics in order to improve service quality and enhance the overall participation experience for the MESC organization.
Proposed Solution: To make better managerial decisions and highlight the success of SWANA CON organized by MESC, I created this satisfaction dashboard. This is an interactive dashboard prepared in Tableau and data was fetched using SQL.
