Peacock Sports Landing Page Analysis X Competitive Audit

This project provides an overview of sports landing pages at Peacock and the audit conducted is to analyze the product positioning of competitors that may be influential to optimize Peacock’s Sports landing pages.

Problem Statement: To improve the performance of Peacock's sports landing pages in terms of user engagement and conversion rates. To address these issues, I conducted a Sports Competitive Audit using Contentsquare to analyze CTAs and refine product marketing positioning.


Problem Solution: The "Sports Competitive Audit" project focuses on improving the performance of Peacock's sports landing pages through a structured approach involving CTA analysis, product marketing positioning refinement, and A/B testing recommendations. The competitiors analyzed include Hulu, Paramount+ and Apple TV+. Finally, I provided A/B testing recommendations to optimize sports landing pages performance based on CTA buttons, plan pickers, live capabilities, and hero rail adaptations.
